Position supported by Clinical Nurse Supervisor role focusing on quality, safety, and satisfaction
Great working relationship with Medical Director of the unit
Fantastic learning opportunities with multiple types of patients and high tech(trauma, transplant, open heart, vascular, IABP, CRRT, etc)
Physician lead daily interdisciplinary rounds
Liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants here
Requires: BSN
